About REVMIC

REVMIC Engineering, Maintenance & Training (Pty) Ltd is a South African, 100% black-owned engineering company based in Postmasburg, Northern Cape. We specialise in steel fabrication, structural and plant maintenance, and shutdown support services for the mining and mineral processing sectors — and are building out a skills training division aligned to recognised industry frameworks, to develop the artisans this industry depends on.

Strategically located in the heart of the Northern Cape mining belt, REVMIC is positioned to serve the region's iron ore, manganese, and zinc mining operations with fast-response, cost-effective engineering solutions delivered by a qualified and safety-conscious team.

Our founding directors bring together decades of hands-on technical expertise and financial management experience — combining the engineering knowledge needed to deliver quality work with the business acumen to run a sustainable, client-focused enterprise.

REVMIC is led by two founding directors whose complementary skills create a well-rounded leadership team capable of delivering technically excellent and commercially sound results.

Ryan Fisher

Director – Operations & Technical

Ryan Fisher is a qualified boilermaker and welder with a strong mechanical and engineering background gained through hands-on experience in steel fabrication, plant maintenance, and mining equipment repairs. He brings extensive practical expertise in structural steelwork and on-site maintenance in the Northern Cape mining sector.

In addition to his technical skills, Ryan serves as a supervisor and training coordinator at his current employment, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring capabilities that underpin REVMIC's operational and safety culture.

Leeanus de Castro

Director – Finance & Administration

Leeanus de Castro brings 17 years of banking and financial management expertise, having served as a Business Banker and Business Manager at Standard Bank of South Africa. His deep understanding of business finance, credit management, cash flow planning, and client relationship management provides REVMIC with a strong commercial and administrative foundation.

As Office and Financial Manager, Leeanus oversees financial reporting, procurement, compliance, and the company's strategic business development activities.
